Well, this is it. The final show of my career is at hand. I must say that it is with a sad heart that I
end it with. Over the last 5 years I have worked very hard to bring you quality progamming as consistantly as I could.
I realize that some shows have been better than others, but overall I feel that I provided you with some really good talk
radio.
One of the things that I always prided
myself in was the very different approaches that I took to these most unusual topics. I always tried to put my
little spin on each and every thing that I discussed. I chose to not try to convince you that you needed to think as
I think and believe as I believe, but rather I wanted you to form your own opinions and make up your own minds. I think
that I have succeded in that very well. I have come to appreciate your opinions and I have encouraged you to express
them to me. As a result, I have had my mind opened to different things, just as I hope that I have opened your minds
up to different things.
You'll be happy to know that I'm going
to keep the website up and running for a while at least. There probably won't be many updates, but I've worked so hard
on developing this site that I can't just take it down yet. I'm also going to keep the radio station running for a while
longer as well. While I won't be doing any new shows, I'll have the old ones running in rotation. I may even do
a season-by-season, show-by-show replay from the very beginning. Who knows?
Another thing that I'll be doing is
making my shows available through podcasting. I'll email everyone to let them know how it can be downloaded. As
for the rest of my future, I'm not too sure yet. There are several ideas that I'm considering such as an internet TV
show, writing a book about the paranormal or even making a documentary. However, I'm going to take a much needed break
from doing anything at all beforehand.
I'd like to take the opprotunity to
thank everyone who has helped me with ParaReality Radio throughout the years. First and foremost, I'd like to thank
Kris, my most loyal fan and president of the fan club. Without her help, there most assuredly would not have been a
fan club (it was her idea anyway) and Sandscripts certainly wouldn't have been as interesting as it was. I always looked
forward to her "rants" as I called them. I'd also like to thank James, who started the current forum after my old forum
host quit without warning. He went through a lot just to get it up and running and has done a spectacular job at it.
I also want to thank Jasmine, who had a very short run at being a writer for the newsletter. Finally, I'd like to thank
one special listener of the show - nowyat. She almost always tuned in and always had some very interesting questions
to ask. I always looked forward to them. I also want to thank each and every person who listens to the show and
each and every person who appeared as my guest. Without each and every one of you, the show would have been nothing
at all. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all.
